Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Codinx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including students, educators, and developers.

2. Acceptable Use

Codinx is built for educational purposes. By using the platform, you agree to:

  • No Misuse: Not use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious activity.
  • No Scraping: Not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract content or data from Codinx.
  • No Impersonation: Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • No Interference: Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the platform's servers or services.

3. Content Usage Restrictions

Users must not share, resell, or misuse generated content and documents from the platform.

  • No Sharing: Redistribution or resale of generated content is prohibited.
  • No Modification: Platform-generated files must not be tampered with to misrepresent origin.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@codinx.app. Codinx is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.

5. Intellectual Property

All automated algorithms, write-up templates, and the structure of generated PDFs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Codinx and its founder, Nathan Francisco Lobo. Your own uploaded code and content remain yours — Codinx claims no ownership over user-submitted material.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Codinx is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated output will be 100% accurate for every use case. Use your own judgment when submitting generated content for academic or professional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codinx and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to academic submissions, data loss, or service interruptions. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal matters arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authorities in the region where the service provider is based.

9. Termination

Codinx reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any of the terms outlined in this document — particularly Sections 2 and 3. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of Codinx after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
